Andreessen Horowitz has raised a total of $4.5 billion across two funds, Fund VII and Growth II, according to a recent press release by the firm. Fund VII closed on $1.3 billion and Growth II on $3.2 billion.

Both funds will provide capital for companies in the consumer and financial services sector. Fund VII will invest in early stage companies whereas Growth II will invest in later stage companies.
