Astorius Capital raises €49m

The Germany-based private equity firm closes its largest fund of funds to date.

Astorius Capital has held a final close for its third private equity fund of funds, Astorius Capital PE Funds III, at €49 million. The vehicle, which is the largest raised by the firm to date, will make buyout and growth investments in European SMEs. ACF III’s investments have included German Private Equity III, Nazca IV, CataCap II, Ergon IV and Stirling Square IV.

The firm has already launched ACF IV with a target size of €50 million.
