Beacon VC approves commitment to NYCA Partners’ third fund

The Bangkok-based venture capital firm has invested in a US-focused private equity fund.

Beacon Venture Capital, the venture capital arm of Kasikornbank, has invested in Nyca Investment Fund III. The fund has raised $210 million, surpassing its $200 million fundraising target, and will invest in TMT sectors in North America.

As illustrated below, this is the firm’s first commitment to private equity funds in 2019.
