Bank of Scotland Corporate Banking has made two appointments at its London-based Structured Finance office.
Jane Clark-Hutchison rejoins the team from Barclays Capital. Prior to joining Barclays, Clark-Hutchison worked for the structured finance team at the bank’s London and Birmingham offices. Iain Corstorphine comes into the London office from the Edinburgh structured finance office.
The bank now has 100 dealmakers within its structured finance office network across the UK in addition to its international offices in Paris, Frankfurt, Amsterdam and Madrid. 46 professionals are based in London. Bank of Scotland Corporate Banking has been created out of the corporate banking activities of Halifax Group and Bank of Scotland.
Bank of Scotland’s most recent transaction was its participated in the public-to-private deal to acquire Grantchester Holdings. Alongside its joint venture partner West Coast Capital, the bank submitted a £167.6m recommended offer for the UK-listed property investor.
