Connecticut Retirement approves $100m commitment

The US public pension has backed a secondaries fund.

Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds has approved a recommendation from staff and advisory firm StepStone Group to commit $100 million to Landmark Equity Partners XVI.

The $32 billion US public pension has a 11 percent target allocation to private equity that currently stands at 9.1 percent.
