Cornell Capital raises $1.325bn

The US-based investment firm holds a final close for its inaugural multi-asset vehicle.

Cornell Capital has held a final close at $1.325 billion for its debut multi-asset private equity fund. The vehicle invests in the energy, financial, consumer and industrial sectors in North America. About a third of the fund has been deployed to three investments.

The closing brings the firm’s total assets under management to over $2.2 billion, including co-investments and single asset funds.
