Diversified Trust raises $155.58m

Diversified Trust has held a final close on DTC Private Equity VI at $155.58  million, surpassing its initial target of $150 million. Investors included 200 limited partners consisting of clients and Diversified Trust employees.

The fund will continue Diversified Trust’s private equity strategy as with past funds. It will pursue strategic investments using a multi-manager model with a target allocation of capital to approximately 20 to 25 private equity and venture capital fund managers in the Southeast US.
