UK mid-market firm ECI Partners has appointed Jeremy Lytle as investor relations manager.
Lytle replaces Janet Brooks, who has left ECI to join placement agent Monument after 15 years at the firm. Brooks was one of the first internal investor relations professionals in Europe.
Lytle joins ECI from FM Capital Management where he was chief operating officer and head of investor relations. At FM Capital Management he set up its Tokyo office and was also responsible for fundraising on its single strategy London and Tokyo-based hedge fund.
He began his career at investment bank Cazenove in 1998.
Last month ECI sold UK parenting club Bounty for £70 million (€97.6 million; $143 million) to Kaboose, the US family-focussed online media company.
