IFC proposes $45m to Lighthouse Funds

International Finance Corporation (IFC) has proposed to invest up to $20 million to the India-focused vehicle, Lighthouse India Fund III. In addition, IFC will also consider co-investing up to $25 million alongside the fund.

The Lighthouse India Fund III, launched by the Mumbai-headquartered firm Lighthouse Funds LLC in October with a $200 million capital fundraising target, will be invested in lower mid-market companies in India including consumer, agriculture, building materials, healthcare and financial services.
