Incline Equity Partners raises $314.5m

The US-based investment firm closes latest lower mid-market fund above hard-cap.

Incline Equity Partners held a final close for Incline Elevate Fund at $314.5 million in July 2019, surpassing the hard-cap of $300 million. The fund has a lower mid-market focus and will target opportunities in manufacturing, distribution and business services companies with enterprise values of $25-$300 million.

Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System is among the investor base and committed $75 million to the vehicle.
