INPRS confirms $80m commitment

The US pension has backed a North American-focused fund.

Indiana Public Retirement System has backed a private equity fund from Oak Hill Advisors, according to an October 2020 board meeting document.

The system invested $80 million to Oak Hill Advisors Structured Products Fund II, which focuses on multiple sectors in North America that invest opportunistically in collateralised loan obligation debt and equity tranches.

As illustrated below INPRS’ private equity asset class sits at 10.5 percent. The system has historically made private debt fund commitments between $30 million and $100 million.
