Piper Private Equity has raised £6 million for its Piper Private Equity Fund VI, according to an SEC filing. The London-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2016 with a £50 million target.
Its previous fund raised £107 million in 2011.
The fund will target buyout opportunities in the consumer goods and retail sectors across the United Kingdom.
