Kline Hill Partners raises $350m

The US-based secondaries investment firm closes second fund above target.

Kline Hill Partners Fund II has held a final close at $350 million, after four months of fundraising. The firm’s sophomore secondaries-focused fund had initially targeted $300 million.

Kline Hill Partners Fund I closed at its $180 million hard-cap in January 2017 and planned to acquire interests in buyout, growth equity, and venture capital funds, as well as considering stakes in real estate and private credit funds.
