The final round of voting has begun for The Private Equity International Awards 2008.
This is the eighth year of PrivateEquityOnline’s and Private Equity International's highly regarded global readers’ poll, which is determined entirely by the industry’s participants, not our publications’ editors.
Your vote will help decide some of the following highly competitive categories:
European mid-market firm of the year. Can 3i clinch the title again, or will it go to Bridgepoint, Advent International, EQT or HgCapital?
North American LBO firm of the year. Is Clayton Dubilier & Rice to repeat its victory? Or will the gong go to Vestar Capital Partners, The Blackstone Group, TPG or Hellman & Friedman?
African private equity firm of the year. Will Actis again take the cake in Africa? Or will the honours go to Emerging Capital Partners, Brait, Ethos or Aureos?
Asian fund of funds of the year. Was HarbourVest Partners again the best fund of funds in the region? Or was it Asia Alternatives, Squadron Capital, Partners Group or Axiom Asia?
This is your opportunity to choose the best of the best in each region. And you also have the chance to nominate “Global Champions”, or the handful of institutions you think have had the biggest impact on private equity globally.
The rules are simple: You may only vote once, you are not required to vote in all categories – only vote in the categories that are of interest to you – and you may not vote for yourself or your own firm.
The polls close on 31 January.
The results will be published simultaneously on PrivateEquityOnline and in the Annual Review, our in-depth look at the prior year, which is released with the March issue of Private Equity International.
Award winners and their guests will then be invited to join us at the second annual Private Equity International Awards Global Winners' Celebration, which will take place on 4 June at London’s magnificent Victoria and Albert Museum.
Don’t miss out – influence the outcome by voting now.
