Lloyds TSB Development Capital has announced the appointment of two investment directors in London.

Lloyds TSB Development Capital (LDC) is growing its IT and telecommunications coverage with the appointment of two investment directors.

Stewart Lucindi joins the firm from 3i, where he was a senior investment manager at the firm’s software and internet investment team in London and Reading. Anthony Bull joins LDC from BT Wireless where he worked on the company's 3rd generation Application Development Forum. Bull also spent time at 3i's Manchester office where he worked on media and technology investments.

The two appointments increase the number of investment directors at the firm’s London office from four to six. Patrick Sellers, managing director of the firm’s southern offices, described the appointments as a concerted effort to boost the company’s presence in the south of England.
