Legend Capital announced its final close on LC Healthcare Continued Fund I on $270 million. The fund will invest in a secondaries transaction that involves healthcare portfolios in China of two older vintage funds, provides liquidity and enhances returns for existing investors by maximising the value of the fund’s portfolio with new follow-on capital.
