Hans-Jörg Schnabel and Hagen Schultejoin from Bridgepoint Partners. L&G is looking to make two further appointments to complete a team of five in Frankfurt.

Legal & General Ventures has hired Hans-Jörg Schnabel and Hagen Schulte to boost its German office.

Schnabel and Schulte join from Bridgepoint Capital where they were directors.

The two will join Andrew Cole and Alex Insan in L&G's offices in Frankfurt.

L&G's Frankfurt office was depleted last year when Brian Veitch left to join Electra Partners. L&G did not invest in Germany last year but the firm has five German portfolio companies.

L&G wants to make two more appointments for its German office to give it a full complement of five directors.
