Teachers’ Retirement System of Louisiana has approved a $125 million commitment to Blackstone Tactical Opportunities Fund III and $50 million to Roark Capital Partners V.
The $19 billion US public pension has a 12 percent target allocation to private equity that currently stands at 13 percent.
