Mike Maglulio has rejoined Baird’s investment banking arm to focus on technology services. He was previously a senior investment banker at Baird’s London office from 2004-2009.
In his new role, Maglulio will aim to expand the firm’s technology investment banking practice focusing on enterprise software, SaaS and technology-enabled service companies.
He will be based in Baird’s Boulder, Colorado office.
Baird maintains a technology and services platform group with over 50 investment bankers.
Maglulio rejoins Baird from Delta-v Capital in Boulder where he was a principal investing in growth stage technology companies.
