Maven Capital Partners has announced the final close of its debut institutional management buyout fund, Maven UK Regional Buyout Fund. The fund has raised £100 million ($132 million; €117 million) for investments in UK businesses with enterprise values between £10 million and £40 million and plans to commit £5 million to £15 million per transaction.
Scottish Enterprise has been disclosed as an investor in the fund. Other limited partners include family offices, high-net-worth syndicates, pension funds, funds of funds and asset managers.
