New Mexico SIC approves $50m commitment

The $22.1bn state investment fund reups with Encap Flatrock Midstream.

The New Mexico State Investment Council (NM SIC) approved a $50 million commitment to Encap Flatrock Midstream Fund IV at yesterday’s council meeting.

Encap Flatrock Midstream invests in companies and assets in the midstream sector of the North American oil and gas industry. NM SIC previously invested $25 million in the firm’s predecessor vehicle, Encap Flatrock Midstream Fund III.
