NewSpring Capital has raised $254 million for its NewSpring Growth Capital IV, according to a SEC filing. The Randor-headquartered firm began fundraising in 2015 with a $300 million target.
Its previous fund raised $250 million in 2013.
The fund will target growth equity opportunities in a diverse number of sectors in the United States.Â
