Value creation remains central for private equity firms in 2025 as they pursue growth amid ongoing fundraising pressures and a slow recovery in deals and exits. Our second annual survey of operating partners examines how compensation across the industry compares in key areas and how packages have evolved over the past 12 months. The survey is based on 220 responses from operating partners globally and was conducted between August and October 2025.
