Venture capital firm Quester’s fourth venture capital trust will pay shareholders a dividend of 28p a share for the current year, the company announced.
The dividend comes after Quester VCT4 made cash profits of £14m, which it made from eight exits.
Its top deal was the sale of SurfControl, which garnered £5.7m, and the sale of First Fibre made another £4.7m.
During the year, the Quester VCT4 made four new investments worth £2.7m and 15 follow-up investments worth £5.1m.
Shareholders have already received an interim dividend of 26.65p a share and the final 1.35p will be paid in June.
