Roark Capital Group is targeting $5 billion for Roark Capital Partners VI, according to a Form D filed by the firm. Capital raised by the vehicle will be used to invest in companies throughout North America across diversified sectors.

The firm’s predecessor, Roark Capital Partners V, launched in October 2017 and closed in October 2018 at $5 billion, exceeding its $4 billion target.
