Sacramento County Employees’ Retirement System revealed commitments of $50 million to Benefit Street Partners Senior Secured Opportunities Fund, $40 million to Quantum Energy Partners VII and $22.5 million to EnCap Flatrock Midstream Fund IV.
The $9.3 billion US public pension has a 9 percent target allocation to private equity that currently stands at 7.1 percent.
