Sway Ventures raises $5.1m

Sway Ventures has raised $5.1 million to date for its Sway Ventures Cyber I, per a SEC filing. The San Francisco-headquartered firm has set a $10 million target and began fundraising in 2015. The SEC filing did not disclose whether the capital raise constituted a final or interim close.

The fund will target venture capital opportunities in technology sectors in North America.
