The Taiwanese life insurer has backed four private equity funds.

Taiwan Life Insurance has confirmed $84 million-worth of private equity commitments to four vehicles.

The commitments comprise of $30 million to Dyal Capital Partners V, $20 million to GGV Capital VIII, $5 million to GGV Capital VIII Plus and €25 million to Ares Capital Europe V.
