Teachers’ Retirement System of Louisiana has agreed to commit up to $75 million to Insight Venture Partners XI and up to $50 million to JFL Equity Investors V, a contact at the pension fund informed Private Equity International.

The $20.89 billion US public pension has a 14.0 percent target allocation to private equity that currently stands at 16.0 percent.

As illustrated below, the pension fund has made 10 commitments to 2019-vintage private equity vehicles, which combined constitute $700 million.
