TowerBrook closes two funds with $5.3bn

The New York-based spends less than five months to accomplish the fundraising for two funds.

TowerBrook Capital Partners has announced the first and final close for its TowerBrook V and TowerBrook Structured Opportunities II (TSO II), securing $5.3 billion of commitment in total.

Of the total $5.3 billion corralled, TowerBrook V raised $4.25 billion while TSO II attracted $1.05 billion.
