Trilantic promotes five

The promotions will create a new class of partners

Trilantic North America has promoted Glenn Jacobson, Jeremy Lynch, James Manges, Liz Zhang, and Elliot Attie to partner.

Trilantic was formed in 2009 as a spinout from Lehman Brothers Merchant Banking and is lead by principals of that team. The firm makes investments of $50-180 million in North American and European companies in business services, consumer, energy, and financial services.

The promotions mark the biggest addition to Trilantic’s management team since the firm spun out of Lehman in 2009.

Jacobson has been part of the Lehman team since 2005, and moved with Trilantic. He focuses on investments in the energy sector.

Lynch joined the Lehman team in 2005 and focuses on investments in the business and financial services sector.

Manges joined the Lehman team in 2008, and focuses on consumer investments.

Zhang joined the Lehman team in 2000 and focuses on business services.

Attie joined the Lehman team in 2008, and serves as the chief financial officer of Trilantic.

Trilantic is currently in market for its Trilantic Energy Partners vehicle, which launched in May of 2014 and has a target size of $500 million, according to Private Equity International’s research and analytics division.
