Trinity Hunt Partners raises $350m

The Dallas-based private equity firm has held the firm's largest close to date.

Trinity Hunt Partners has held a final close of Trinity Hunt Partners V at its hard cap of $350 million, according to a regulatory filing. The Fund was oversubscribed surpassing its initial target of $300 million. Like its predecessors, Fund V will partner with family-owned businesses within the business services, healthcare, consumer and industrial sectors.

Limited partners include a group comprised of insurance companies, pension funds, endowments and foundations, consultants, fund of funds, family offices, high net worth individuals and former portfolio company executives.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC acted as global fundraising advisor and Jones Day served as legal counsel.
