Vesta Group in joint venture with Unilever

Unilever’s European Fabrics has teamed up with European venture capital provider Vesta Group to form a partnership called Unispark.

Unispark will help attract, identify and invest in business growth opportunities around Unilever’s key fabric care brands, which include Persil, Skip, Comfort and Surf.

The joint initiative will harness and embrace new business opportunities from outside as well as within Unilever and enable both individuals and corporate partners to realise their ideas.

The range of opportunities will include funding and resources to develop new business opportunities, evaluation and filing of patent opportunities and buy-out opportunities or joint ventures for established businesses or new business ideas.
