LockPath Locks Down $2M in Fresh Capital

LockPath, a provider of governance, risk and compliance applications, has closed on $2 million in Series A financing from investors including El Dorado Ventures, Webb Investment Network and Vesbridge Partners. The company closed a seed round in April 2010, which included backing from investor Ron Conway’s SV Angel fund.
