RotoMetrics Buys Gerhardt International

RotoMetrics, a company backed by Morgenthaler Private Equity, has acquired Denmark’s Gerhardt International, the firm announced Wednesday. Gerhardt is a manufacturer of flexible tooling and related accessories for the converting and printing industries. Terms of the deal were not released.
