.406 Ventures has closed its second venture fund, Point 406 Ventures II, L.P., with “just over” $175 million in commitments, the firm announced Tuesday. Formed in 2006, .406 Ventures is a Boston-based venture capital firm focused on early stage, enterprise IT companies.
