Brady Buys Precision Dynamics

Publicly traded Brady Corp. has acquired Precision Dynamics Corp. from Water Street Healthcare Partners, in a $300 million cash deal. Precision Dynamics is a maker of identification products for the healthcare market, specializing in patient wristbands, specialty labels and identification systems used in hospitals. The Valencia, Cal., company has annual sales of roughly $173 million.
