CapDecisif Holds First Close of Fund, with $48.6M
CapDecisif Management, a French venture capital firm, has held a first close of its new fund, CapDecisif 3, with €36 million ($48.6 million). Commitments for the seed fund have come from undisclosed French institutional investors, the firm said. CapDecisif Management was advised for its fundraising by the placement agent Jasmin Capital.
