Brett Hurt has joined Texas-based Austin Ventures as venture partner. Hurt is a seasoned entrepreneur who most recently led Bazaarvoice as CEO from Austin start up to a global, publicly-traded business with nearly 2,000 clients and nine offices worldwide.
