AMB agrees to buy Kudu Partners' securities portfolio
Americas Bullion Royalty Corp. has agreed to acquire the securities portfolio of Kudu Partners from Kudu, a private hedge fund, in exchange for AMB shares. No financial terms were disclosed; however, Kudu Partners' securities portfolio is estimated to have a value of approximately $21 million. William M. Sheriff will remain in his role as chairman and CEO of AMB. William A. Lupien is currently in talks to direct AMB's securities portfolio after the reorganization is completed.
