Centrify nets $42 mln
Centrify Corp. has closed $42 million in funding. Investors included Samsung Ventures, Fortinet and Docomo Capital. Also, Centrify has appointed Mark Weiner as chief marketing officer and Ally Zwahlen as vice president of corporate communications. Headquartered in Santa Clara, Calif., Centrify is a provider of identity services solutions.
