Indice Semiconductor rings up $6 mln

Indice Semiconductor has closed $6 million in funding. Allen Alley, former CEO and co-founder of Pixelworks, led the round with participation from other investors that included Australian venture firm Rampersand. Headquartered in Tualatin, Oregon, Indice is a provider of mixed signal power control and conversion integrated circuits.
