MidOcean to sell Global Knowledge to Rhône Capital

Rhône Capital has agreed to buy Global Knowledge from MidOcean Partners. No financial terms were disclosed. Robert W. Baird & Co. and Kirkland & Ellis served as advisors to Global Knowledge while Credit Suisse, Macquarie and Sullivan & Cromwell advised Rhône. Global Knowledge is a provider of IT and business skills training.
