Social Intelligence platform Blab nets $8.8 mln

Blab has raised $8.8 million in a $11.6 million Series B round. Blue Focus Communications Group Co. and Shoreline Venture Management led the round with participation from Operative Capital. Also, Blue Focus and Shoreline Venture Management have been added to Blab's board of directors. Based in Seattle, Blab is a social intelligence platform that predicts online trending conversations.
