Fyber acquires VC-backed Falk Realtime
Fyber Gmbh, a subsidiary of RNTS Media N.V., has acquired German ad tech company Falk Realtime Ltd for a consideration of 10.75 million euros in cash and shares. The transaction is expected to close in the spring of 2015. Falk Realtime's backers included Revel Partners.
