PE-owned Suba Seeds adds Goig to board

Suba Seeds Company, which is owned by Paine & Partners LLC, has named André Goig to its board of directors. Recently, Goig worked at Syngenta where he served as regional head of Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Suba Seeds is an Italian producer of specialty vegetable seeds.
