SundaySky collects $30 mln Series C
New York City-based SundaySky, a video engagement platform provider for top brands, has raised $30 million in Series D financing. Viola Private Equity led the round with participation from other investors that included Carmel Ventures, Globespan Capital Partners, Norwest Venture Partners, Comcast Ventures and NTT DOCOMO Venturves. In conjunction with the funding, Ayal Shiran, a general partner at Viola Private Equity, has been added to SundaySky's board of directors while Rami Hadar, former president and CEO of Allot Communications Ltd, has been named executive chairman.
