VC-backed Coupa Software debuts IPO
San Mateo, California-based Coupa Software Inc, a spend management software provider, has gone public after pricing its 7.4 million shares at $18 per share. The stock began trading October 6, 2016 on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "COUP." Coupa’s backers included Battery Ventures, Crosslink Capital, El Dorado Ventures, Iconiq Capital, Rally Ventures and T. Rowe Price.
