East West, ASC and KSL acquires Snowmass base village project

East West Partners, Aspen Skiing Company and KSL Capital Partners LLC have acquired the Colorado-based Snowmass base village project. No financial terms were disclosed. The transaction includes the Viceroy Hotel.
