Wynnchurch buys Rosboro Co

Wynnchurch Capital said Dec. 7 that it has acquired Rosboro Co. Financial terms weren’t announced. Rosboro, of Springfield, Oregon, produces solid and engineered wood products at seven manufacturing plants in the state.
